Regan is a BFF co-founder and works across all practice areas with our growth stage and enterprise clients. Regan leads our Executive Coaching and Facilitaiton practices at BFF. Regan has a formal background in Organizational Development, Sociology, and Human Services. He has coached senior leaders and teams at Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google, Uber, PayPal, eBay, ServiceNow and many more. Regan grew up in Colorado, is a former sponsored whitewater kayaker, and currently lives in Marin County with his wife, three children, and rottweiler Nola.

First Job: Raft guide on the Animas River in Durango, Co.

Lou joined BFF in 2017 and works with growth stage and enterprise businesses focused on strategy & operations, transformations, and turn-arounds. Prior to BFF Lou was an Operations Executive at DeVero Technologies, a healthcare and life science company (acquired by NetSmart) and prior to that in the Commercial Real Estate space at the CoStar Group ($CSGP). The first decade of Lou's experience was spent inside global investment banks including Bank of America Securities. Today he consults, coaches, and advises executives at some the world's most recognized names. Lou is a California native that spends as much time traveling as work permits. He's based in San Francisco.

First Job: My first job was at my parents toy/book store after school and on the weekends. At 13 years old and very part time, I was selling more Thomas the Tank Engine wooden train sets than the full timers. This is where I discovered my appreciation for deal-making.

Adam joined BFF in 2022 and works with growth stage and enterprise Clients focused on Executive Coaching, Team Dynamics, and Facilitation. Prior to BFF Adam was a serial entrepreneur running businesses in Asia, the US, and Latin America. Adam has led venture backed organizations, as well as bootstrapped enterprises through multiple exits. Today he consults, coaches, and facilitates with organizations globally. He lives in Salida, Colorado with his wife, daughter, and Australian Shepherd, Capri.

Louis is a co-founder at BFF and jumps in across every practice area, partnering with companies from scrappy startups to global giants. Before launching BFF, he was a COO at Zynga and previously held exec roles at Oracle, NetApp, Novell, and a handful of other companies big and small. Originally from the UK, he's worked all over the world and now calls the SF Bay Area home. When he's not working, you'll probably find him running, staying active, hanging with his dog Jackson, or planning his next trip.

First Job: One of my first jobs was as a DJ in Europe, spinning everything from private parties and nightclubs to kids' radio shows.
